أطلقت هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة وثيقة استشارة عامة بشان مراجعة اللائحة التنظيمية للاجهزة قصيرة المدى النسخة 1.0 والصادرة عن الهيئة بتاريخ 5 أغسطس لعام 2009 واوضحت الهيئة ان الغرض من هذه الوثيقة هو دعوة الأطراف المعنية لتقديم ملاحظاتها وتعليقاتها حول مراجعة وتنقيح اللائحة التنظيمية بشأن أجهزة قصيرة المدى والصادرة من الهيئة وفقا لقانون الاتصالات واضافت ان هذة المبادرة تاتى تماشيا مع قيم الشفافية المتبعة وإشراك قطاع الاتصالات في عملياتها، ترغب الهيئة في دراسة أثر ومراجعة الأدوات ولذلك ان كنت تمثل اى من مصنعى او مطورى او مزودى السوق باجهزة قصيرة المدى اذا فانت مدعو للمشاركة فى مناقشة النقاط المذكورة بالوثيقة لمراجعة بنود الوثيقة وشروط المشاركة يرجى تحميل الوثيقة التالية |
The UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority "TRA" launched a public consultation SRD document for reviewing TRA Regulations of Short Range Devices V1.0 dated 5 August 2009.
The TRA indicate that the purpose of this document is to invite comments from stakeholders regarding the TRA’s intention to review and revise the issued TRA Regulations - Short Range Devices in accordance with the Telecom Law.
The authority added that this initiative come as in keeping with its values of transparency and sector engagement, the TRA wishes to review and study the impact of regulatory instruments issued by it to keep abreast of developments to better involve all stakeholders. The TRA strives to meet the needs of the sector and seeks the views and feedback from the sector for the revision of the regulations.
So if you represent one of short range devices manufacturer, provider or developer then you are invited to submit your recommendation as per the discussion points indicated within the document.
